In the world of entrepreneurship and innovation, getting to know more from entrepreneurs who have developed successful ventures are both inspiring and instructive for our participants.

With the goal of offering a hands-on approach to our participants, Alina Parincu, PhD has added a new component to the Entrepreneurial Mindset course in the second year: group visits to entrepreneurial companies and dense conversations with the business owners that allow our students to experience the intricacies of navigating business challenges, encourage innovative thinking and identifying solutions.

George Pop, the name behind several success ventures such as French Revolution, Velocita, Friddi, Centrale Pizza  was this week’s host for the EMBA participants. George shared with us several insights from his 15 year experience in creating and launching new businesses;

  • Passion will give you drive and energy to overcome any obstacles
  • Strong branding means strong reputation which leads to great results in business
  • The owner covers more areas in business starting from product creation, operations, hiring, selling and this helps in following his vision
  • Having more experience in entrepreneurship leads to more rationale decisions about associates, investments decisions and the future of the ventures
  • Money is the least of problems, follow your passion and the investors will be willing to support your idea

Thank you Alina Parincu, PhD for the way you facilitated these transformational meetings with a long lasting impact on the professional development of our participants.
