Bogdan Frățiloiu is a compliance and data protection specialist with over 15 years of experience in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and energy. He has led complex corporate compliance and GDPR implementation programs, and has developed ethics and integrity frameworks aligned with international standards.

He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where he defended the first doctoral thesis in Romania focused on the business value of corporate compliance programs (Compliance Program – Added Value to Business, 2024).
