Associate Dean, College of Graduate and Professional Education at Kennesaw State University

Tim Blumentritt is Associate Professor of Management at Kennesaw State University, being part of the faculty team since 2005. With research interests in strategic management for businesses, Blumentritt has served on editorial review boards for numerous professional journals.

As an academic, Tim teaches classes and conducts research on topics that underlie organizational success. I have also taught classes on a variety of other topics, such as International Management, Consulting Services, Leadership.

During the past 15 years at Kennesaw State, Blumentritt has held a number of leadership roles at the university, including leading online programs, directing its Master of Business Administration and President’s Emerging Global Scholars programs. Tim served as the director of strategic planning for the university, responsible for moving KSU through the creation of a strategic plan.

Blumentritt earned his doctorate in international business from the University of South Carolina, an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
