Bogdan is an experienced executive with over 20 years of IT management.

He is currently leading the AI research in IT support services integrating his findings into OptimumDesk a complete IT Full Service Management platform, that is currently resolving without human intervention about 40% of customer requests of an IT support center. Bogdan is Founder&CEO Startech Team (Class IT Group) the biggest Romanian owned IT services & support company where he successfully created a culture that empowers people.

Bogdan had a major contribution to the development of Internet access in Romania while he managed the operations of the second biggest ISP (PCNET) and improved the internet access for millions of Romanian users both in terms of traffic speed and time to access, installing the first root name-server mirror in Bucharest and building RONIX, the first local Inter-exchange network.

Bogdan finalized his engineering master degree in 2002 with University Politehnica in Bucharest. He is having an EMBA degree from & ASEBUSS&Kennesaw State University (2005) and graduated various Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan and Stanford GSB courses over the last years, mostly focused on technology entrepreneurship. “
