On September 7, ASEBUSS invites you to the presentation of our Executive MBA program, followed by “Performance Management” an EMBA course session with prof.
Simona Podgoreanu.
The main issues debated will be:
- What is the performance management system and how we recognise and reward performance;
- Most frequent errors in performance evaluation;
- Tips for conducting employee performance rewiews;
Simona Podgoreanu has been trained in HR and general management in : Canada- Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Montreal; in France – L’ Institute d’Administration des Entreprises, Toulouse; in Slovenia - IEDC Bled School of Management and at IESE Barcelona - The International Faculty Development Program.
She collaborated with various international consultancy companies involved in organizational diagnosis programs, strategic management and HR programs for multinational or Romanian companies.
At ASEBUSS she teaches HR management, general management, negotiation, communication.
She held individual coaching and personal development sessions. She organized customized programs for Romanian and multinational companies, such as: ANRC, Alcatel, Computaris, Carrefour, Daedalus Consulting, Flamingo, Holcim, Shell Romania, Porsche Romania, etc.
She has her own HR consultancy company, which develops HR strategies for companies- from selection, recruitment and performance evaluation to the compensation and benefit system, and internal communication policy.
Simona Podgoreanu has been HR director of an important agri business group- Agricover since 2006.
