On February 9th, ASEBUSS invites you to the presentation of our Executive MBA program, followed by “A Case of Authentic Leadership in Financial Reporting and Decision”, an EMBA course session with Prof. Adrian Manaicu and Prof. Carmen Mincu, Ph.D candidate
Adrian Manaicu graduated from Central Eastern European Teachers (CEETP) and graduated management programs at Harvard Business School in 1992 and Wharton Business School in 1993.
He is certified public accountant and financial auditor, ASEBUSS’ financial director and teaches within the program Accounting Reports& Corporate Numbers Responsibility and International Accounting.
Carmen Mincu was trained in business administration and teaching based on case study method at Harvard Business School USA, Program for Management Development (PMD 67, Executive Education, 1994), and at IESE Barcelona Spain, within theInternational Faculty Development Program(1997). Carmen obtained her Ph.D. at ASE Bucuresti.
She went through extensive management training in Think on Your Feet®, Managing Me®, De Bono Six Hats® and Lateral Thinking®, Who Moved My Cheese®, DDI Targeted Selection® Interviewing Skills, Excellence in Sales and Services (Henkel Academy) – for the last three, a certified trainer as well.
Within ASEBUSS she teaches Leadership and People Management and Operations Management to Achieve Breakthrough Service.
